BRM Racing processes a small amount of your data to facilitate the recording of teams, event entries and results within BRM leagues.

This data is collected from Discord and amounts to;

• Your name (as it appears as your nickname in the BRM League Discord)
• Your email address
• Your Discord ID

You have certain rights regarding the data held in this system. To exercise any of these rights, please speak to League Manager Adam Smith via Discord. You have the following rights concerning this data;

• To ask for a copy of the data
• To ask us to rectify any incorrect data
• To ask us to remove any identifiable data
• To ask us to restrict processing your data
• To object to processing your data
• That we transfer your data elsewhere

Your data is securely stored. We keep your data for as long as the league is still running.
Under no circumstance do we share your data with any third party or any entity.

• Payment data is securely processed and stored by Stripe.
• BRM does not store your payment details.
